People who look like they belong -- no, make that, people who look like THEY OWN THE PLACE and they dare you to mug them -- NEVER get mugged. Rent on a 1 bedroom is about double our mortgage on our 1600 square foot house. We are aware of the price that we will be paying, but we think it will be worth it to live in NY for a few years.
